A quiet pause to notice where light falls.
Afternoon light may come into a room for only a short time. It may make one part of a chair, curtain or wall brighter. A little later, the light may be gone.

Look for one place that has become brighter.
Notice where the light falls.
Stay with it for a few seconds.
SEE
Look at what the light changes.
Does it make a colour brighter?
Does it show more detail?
Does one area stand out from the area around it?
TRY
Find one ordinary place near a window.
Look for something the light makes brighter.
Make one photograph.
Keep it simple. One photograph is enough.
